Transparent and integrated project organization gives you a head start and ensures successBuilding projects are very complex: tight deadlines, many project participants, high quality requirements, high cost. A flood of information and deadlines must always be kept under control. Manually, this is impossible. Therefore, EDP-supported, integrated, and efficient project organization is required for the entire team. BauProCheck was developed specially for use in the building industry. It offers integrated organization for planning, construction management, and construction. BauProCheck is used by over 1000 companies across Germany; it helps organize small, large, and even the largest projects successfully. The organizational model gives you an overview of the range of activities and the numerous, intelligent links. At the center of things is the "project diary," in which all tasks and events are documented. Part of this even occurs automatically using so-called “rule activities” (business processes). That is, you are guaranteed project transparency and quality management all the time in the simplest way possible. All project documents (Word, Excel, and any other file formats) can be accessed easily via the corresponding event in the project diary. There are no worries about the file name, storage location, or program. It’s very easy and goes much more quickly than usual. Since all e-mails and attachments are included, you will find that you have complete and transparent project documentation at your fingertips. Depending on your needs, the BauProCheck core can be expanded with special modules such as plan management or deficiency management (highlighted in blue in the graphic). The core and modules access integrated project and main data, which needs only be maintained once and can be used in parallel for many tasks. All content, that is workflows, tasks, resource assignment, and templates as well as interfaces to other programs can be adjusted individually. Integrated reporting enables the usage of your office CI and helps your company put on a professional face. Interfaces (yellow) are intended for time-saving data exchange with external systems and project servers. Technically, BauProCheck uses your existing IT infrastructure.
